Cattle Ranch and Horse Training Facility (project in the works)
This Montana ranch features 200 acres of varied terrain including dense woods, steep slopes and open pastures, all accessible from a private dirt road. The property was undeveloped, but our clients had big plans which include training facilities for their herd of 20+ horses plus boarders, 20-30 head of beef cattle, goats, chickens, and fruit trees. This multi-phase project begins with a guest cottage, a small barn for foaling and lay-ups, a vegetable garden, a pond, and multiple training areas. Our clients wanted an outdoor entertainment area fenced in, as most of their herds are free-range on the rambling property. Future plans include an extreme trail riding course, an indoor riding arena, a machine shop, and a larger main house.
