Conceptual Site Planning
Concept planning for new construction or renovation projects to develop the location and integration of the house and related residential facilities, along with the barns, stables, hay storage, equipment and trailer storage and circulation, training facilities and arenas, paddocks, pastures, roads, parking areas, service, maintenance and storage areas, manure management provisions, bridle trails, etc., as well as the grading and drainage design for the property.

Design Team Coordination
Coordination with the project team such as the Owners, Trainers, Architect, Engineers, Environmental Consultants, Contractors and other team members.

Construction Documents
The design development of our conceptual site plans into working drawings, details and specifications that can be used for permits and approvals, along with bidding and construction of the facilities.

Construction Management
Provide on-site guidance and construction administration to our clients throughout the construction process.
